REFUND POLICY:
Subject to the terms and conditions contained in our agreement and Section 15, Client shall receive a full refund of the Set-up Fee paid excluding monthly maintenance costs and all associated software fees if Click Profit Distribution LLC fails to produce a minimum of $100,000 in gross sales within the first 24-months. Click Profit Distribution LLC will also continue to run Client’s store for FREE until sales guarantee is met. Client acknowledges and agrees to contribute a minimum of $100,000 towards inventory purchases within the first 24-month period.

Click Profit Distribution LLC does promote and offer an earnings claims in regards to this opportunity.
Individual results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding income or earnings potential. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
However, this guarantee is contingent upon your strict adherence to section 15 of our agreement you would need to review and sign prior to becoming a client. It is imperative that you implement everything listed in the agreement, including providing a minimum of $100,000 in working capital within the 24-month period, all payments made to Company are and have been timely made during the 24-month period, client agrees to pay for inventory purchases within 24 hours of the invoice being sent to Client, client has not breached this Contract at any time during the 24-month period.
This guarantee holds validity and is legally binding only when the agreement is diligently followed.
Any deviation from the exact action plan may void this guarantee.
LEGAL STANDING:
As of the date of this disclosure, there are no pending or previous lawsuits against Click Profit Distribution LLC, its affiliates, prior business, or any of its key personnel.
