Office Manager

We are looking for a person to help us consolidate our office practices and procedures. We work out of the box - are you a fit?

Our offices are in several cities, so you will be the go-to person for our staff. You will field activities that improve our environments and the general morale of each individual office.

Expert in organization and communication.

improve office efficiency and workflow.

Manage payroll and HR.

Keep detailed notes of meetings.

Act as "gate-keeper" for visitors and executive meetings.

Highly organized.

Able to keep track of multiple executives in various cities.

Field calls from clients and employees and direct them accordingly.

Able to work overlapping time zones to assure no wait time is excessive.

Must have computer with camera and microphone.
