Customer Success Manager

A client success manager will be responsible for all communication to and from our clients. They will also be in charge of making sure our current clients get everything they need to become more successful.

Monitor all emails/helpdesk.

Monitor our phone lines & text lines and respond to all incoming calls/texts.

Monthly performance calls to our clients.

Weekly onboarding calls with new clients.

Help direct clients to anyone in our network that can guide our client to the next level.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Problem solving skills and an ability to think quickly.

Must have a computer with a camera and microphone.
