Believe it or not, you have the ability to shape exactly who you want to be. Little changes in your life will have a massive impact as a whole. Waking up an hour earlier and reading that empowering book or setting a morning routine that will prepare you for the rest of your day, little minute changes have a massive compounding/snowball effect on your life.

It's astonishing how people can mistake little habits done over and over again for an “overnight” success. Although someone might appear as an “overnight” success, this is the result of making small changes and repeating them over and over again. 

If you are actively trying to change your life for the better, this all starts with making changes to your current schedule or life. I’m not talking about making insane changes, I’m talking about making changes so small that it doesn’t affect your regular schedule or lifestyle. Finding something that you can do repetitively day in and day out (also called habits) will ultimately shape you into the person you want to be. 

A great exercise is to think of your goals first. Where do you want to be, is there a certain skill you want to acquire, or do you want to just succeed in your business life? All of these choices require change. Think of what you can do to advance you towards your goal. Whether that is working out everyday or reading a book a week, whatever it is that you want to achieve, it all starts with recognizing that change is needed. Act upon that change to turn those thoughts into action.
